Instead of writing a full post I am linking to a two-part article in The Guardian: "The 20 Best Spanish Recipes". The recipes are selected from well known Spanish cookbooks and look fantastic. I use Claudia Roden's The Food of Spain and Coleman Andrew's Catalan Cuisine regularly, but I have never cooked from the other books listed, some of which are written by restaurant chefs. These 20 recipes make a nice mini Spanish cookbook. Keeping it simple, just like Spanish cooking.
