Day 1 – Madrid

  • Private walking tour of historic Madrid

  • Evening tapas tour through viejo Madrid. Madrid has an excellent selection of traditional, contemporary and regional tapas bars.

  • Overnight Madrid

Day 2 – Madrid

  • Free morning in Madrid.

  • Afternoon private gourmet tasting tour in La Latina, Las Letras and Chamberi neighborhoods.

  • Dinner in an acclaimed Spanish restaurant

Day 3 – Madrid - Aranjuez

  • Visit Aranjuez, a Unesco World Heritage Site, and home to the Spanish crown’s summer palace complete with classical gardens.

Day 5 – Madrid - Toledo

  • Return to Madrid by train in the late afternoon.

Day 6 – Madrid - Segovia

  • Today, visit the town of Segovia, whose old town and Roman aqueduct have been declared Unesco World Heritage sites.

  • Segovia is famous for the cochinillo, or roast suckling pig.

  • Enjoy lunch in a traditional restaurant near the aqueduct serving Castilian specialties, including cochinillo and roast lamb.

  • Overnight Madrid

Day 7 – Departure
