Rioja Wines Overlooked?

Dave McIntyre makes the case in today’s Washington Post that new winemaking techniques in the Rioja region have been overlooked by the wine drinking public. The world has focused instead on Spain’s newest star regions such as Priorat or Ribera del Duero. McIntyre´s defense of Rioja wines as contemporary matches to the country’s modern (and traditional) cuisine may help to turn some attention back to this classic wine region.
