Custom Trip Planning

We often design private itineraries for groups. If you would like a personalized trip designed, we must receive a planning charge of $300. The full value of the planning deposit will be applied to your trip. If you do not book the trip, the deposit will not be refunded. It may be used towards a future trip.

Prices

Changes in currency exchange rates or supplier charges occasionally make it necessary for us to change tour prices. However, receipt of tour deposit(s) guarantees the published price at the time of booking, even if the price later increases. Current pricing is always available on our website.

Payments made through PayPal are accepted in most major currencies.

Deposits

A signed reservation form and a deposit of $750 per person are required to reserve a place on a tour. We will confirm your reservation upon receipt of both the reservation form and the deposit. Deposits and final payments can be made by check sent to Epicurean Ways or with credit card or by bank transfer.

For reservations made less than 60 days before the tour begin date, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Payments

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the program begin date. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we will contact you by email and/or telephone. If the balance remains unpaid, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and to retain the deposit.

Full payment for our one day cooking classes and tours is due at the time of making the reservation.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to Epicurean Ways LLC and will become effective upon receipt. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour begins will result in a refund of your payment less the $750 deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the tour begins, will result in a refund of your payment less 50% of the trip fee. Cancellations made 30 to 60 days before the tour date will have the option of transferring payment to another Epicurean Ways trip.
